Luckily, I have my first appointment with the physical therapist tomorrow, so we should get the ball rolling. As far as I know, they are going to do E-stem to the muscles that stabilize my kneecap (because they are so atrophied) and then after a few weeks of that, I get to move to real physical therapy exercises.
In the mean time, I have just been doing a little of this:

I think I have had at least 2 exams a week for the past several weeks. My professors just really enjoy giving exams. Tonight, I have an Inorganic Chemistry exam that I have been studying for all day.

I am just getting over an IT band/hip injury from September. It's awful having an injury but you will heal!
